About

My Story
Growing up in White Rock I played almost every sport imaginable. With various injuries, and ongoing muscle soreness, I would have benefited immensely from Registered Massage Therapy,
After receiving my first massage at a local spa, I felt like I had been missing out on something amazing all this time! Not only was it a great treatment, but my therapist was telling me what a interesting, flexible and rewarding career massage was. With her recommendation I signed up for a one year relaxation massage program at Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage. From there I continued my education with the 3000 hour Registered Massage Therapy program at 'West Coast College of Massage Therapy'.
As a young adult, I began to appreciate Massage Therapy not only for the great physical benefits it provided after regularly working out at the gym, but also for a healthy stress management tool. My passion for massage was reignited when I understood that it could also be good for the nervous system and emotional wellbeing.
Now years into my massage career, I receive regular massage treatments to keep my body functioning optimally. This allows me to provide consistent service as a Registered Massage Therapist so I can continue in a career I love for the long term. Having a true appreciation for all that massage can offer, my hope is to pay it forward through my work and spark appreciation for Registered Massage Therapy. It is my privilege to assist in restoring and maintaining optimal health and pain-free function of the body, for those I serve.
